Delivery Information
We offer nationwide delivery on all our electric e bikes and accessories. All in stock items will normally be dispatched within 24 hours or the next working day.
We offer two delivery options on all our Products. The first option is standard delivery, which means your order will be delivered by a third-party courier. There may be some assembly required. Our second delivery option is engineered delivery.
With the engineered delivery option, one of our experts will deliver the bike to you. The bike will be fully assembled there may be an additional charge for this service please contact our office for details. Our representative will also offer a full demonstration on how the bike functions operate.
Returns Information
All our products carry a 12month warranty** If You have an issue with your product and require a service or repair by one of our engineers we are more than happy to book you in at our Head office.
The cost of returning the item is solely on you and you must arrange your own method to send it back either personally or via a third party carrier, be aware that you are completely responsible for the product until the point it is returned to our warehouse.
Before returning an item, you must contact us so we can provide a reference number for you to attach to the goods, this ensures that we can expect to receive this return and it will not become lost. Please ensure that you always get in touch prior to returning an item, you can do so here.

Refunds
All refunds are processed within 5 working days of the item being officially marked as returned to our warehouse. When we are notified by our warehouse that the goods have been received and in the original condition in which they where sent ( Unboxed Unused Original Packaging ). We will then authorize the refund process.
As the only payment method we currently take on our website is Credit or Debit Card then this is the only method that we will refund the order. Once we have refunded to your card, please allow several working days for it to appear back in your account. The time it takes depends on bank.
In the case of the BTW scheme the refunds will be returned to the Payee in which case will be the Employers
Defective Goods
In some rare cases, the product you use may become defective. If an issue arises with the product, you need to STOP using it right away and contact us immediately. We do not endorse the use of a defective or broken product as this may cause risk or injury to the user and third parties.
In the event the item you use becomes defective, stop using it immediately and contact us here. We will advise the next steps that are to be taken to ensure we can repair or provide a replacement product.
